My Favorite Grove Collaborative Products

     I have been living in a rural area for two years and before that, I lived in another rural area for three years. We have some local stores, but no Target or TJ Maxx to find the products I love. I like to use more natural, plant-based products to clean with. Bleach irritates my throat when I smell it, so we don’t use it in our house. Products like Method and Mrs. Meyer’s are what I use. These are pretty popular brands, however, they couldn’t be found at my local store.

     Enter, YouTube! I’m an avid YouTube watcher, (hello cleaning videos) and one YouTuber I was watching said something about Grove Collaborative. She talked about some products that she had gotten to try and then gave her viewers a pretty awesome deal as a first time buyer. I clicked on the link and was instantly in heaven! Grove Collaborative has Method, Mrs. Meyer’s, Seventh Generation, Acure, and many more. 

     I ended up getting a Mrs. Meyer’s set of hand soap, lotion, and dish soap. I also ordered a Method all-purpose cleaner, and Method dish soap. That order was placed 2 years ago and the rest is history!

     I love Grove Collaborative! They offer so many well-loved brands of cleaning, household, and beauty products. These items are usually cheaper than at the grocery store. I’ve also noticed that you can find some of these brands at your store, but you aren’t offered the full product line at your local store. Since I was living in the country, this worked out perfectly. Grove also has their own line of products that are amazing. I’m going to share some of my favorite products that I order from Grove. Grove Collaborative has so many products, I’m just narrowing them down to my favorite. 

Method Laundry Detergent and Fabric Softener

     I love this product! Ginger Mango is my favorite scent. My clothes smell so good when they come out of the dryer. (My sheets and blankets smell amazing after washing with this product.) These products work well in cold water and HE machines. I used this product in our camper washer/dryer combo machine and never had a problem. I currently use it in our Speed Queen washer. (Always check your washer manual for what products to use.) My husband has sensitive skin to products and this product did not irritate his skin at all. They do have an unscented laundry detergent from Method as well. I don’t know if it’s on the website, but their is an unscented option if that works for your family better.

Grove Collaborative Wool Dryer Balls

     First of all, you don’t have to find dryer sheets on your floor after a big laundry day. Please tell me I’m not the only one that happens to. I also started reading about some of the toxins that were found in dryer sheets, so I switched to the natural dryer sheets, but I didn’t feel like they did a very good job. I decided to try the wool dryer balls and I haven’t looked back! Wool dryer balls bounce around in your dyer to separate clothing as the dryer is going. The hot air will reach more of your clothes evenly. This decreases your drying time, which decreases your energy usage, win-win! If you miss having the smell from your dryer sheets, you can add essential oils to your dryer balls to get any scent you want!

Mrs. Meyer’s Dish Soap

     I love every scent that I have ever tried! Mrs. Meyer’s also has seasonal dish soaps that have scents that just fill your whole kitchen with amazing smells! The soap suds up pretty nicely (this is important to me) and makes it feel like I don’t have to keep adding dish soap to get a good clean. I’m currently finishing up my bottle of apple cider and plan to try out orange clove next. This isn’t the only dish soap that I use, however, it is the main dish soap that I use. 

Method Toilet Bowl Cleaner

     In my first order, I tried the Method antibacterial toilet bowl cleaner, and I haven’t used anything else since. This toilet bowl cleaner has an awesome bottle design to make it easy to get into the toilet. I also love the way that it smells, the scent is in spearmint, which is my favorite!
